I don't know much about Lloyd Cottage, but it seems to have been situated on what is today called Lloyd's Beach. The devastating hurricane of 1938 may have wiped the cottage out, or perhaps another natural disaster did the structure in. 

There are two other cottages at the far end of the beach today. If anyone reading this has any information about Lloyd Cottage, please leave a note in the comments section so we can piece this history together.
